What You Will Do DeliveryLead cybersecurity workstreams on complex engagements: IT mergers, CSO/CIO reorganizations, strategic transformations Gather, interpret and present data and findings to senior client stakeholders Be the trusted cybersecurity voice in the room Team & Practice LeadershipLead and mentor junior consultants, you build the next generation of their practice Own key intellectual property in SOC and IAM, maintain and develop it as the market evolves Contribute at least one external-facing output per quarter (article, event, thought leadership) Commercial Growth Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client relationships Contribute to proposals and sales materials Support business development where relevant What We Need From You 5+ years of full-time experience in Cybersecurity consulting or a B2B Cybersecurity environment, within the DACH or EU region Hands‑on experience in large‑scale transformation projects, specifically in Insurance Cybersecurity Background at a top‑tier consultancy or a leading cybersecurity firm Education Degree in an IT or analytical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering) from a lead ing university Non‑traditional paths welcome if the track recordis exceptional Certifications One or more of: Security+, CySA+, ISO 27001, CISSP, CCSP, CISMKnowledge of BaFin BAIT/VAIT regulations is a strong plus Language & Location C1 German and fluent English — both are required Valid work permit for Germany Based in or willing to relocate to Munich What Is In It For You Highly competitive base salary and a performance‑linked bonus that lets you directly benefit from the firm's success.
