Requirements Outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field At least five years of experience in IT consulting, focusing on cybersecurity transformations and implementation projects Proven sales track record with the ability to identify project opportunities and create proposals In-depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate internal and external teams Thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams and international settings with willingness to travel Strong communication skills to convey complex cybersecurity concepts clearly in both German and English Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP/ CISM/ CISA or willingness to pursue such certifications Lead solution design and business development for cybersecurity consulting practice Shape client’s cybersecurity agenda and orchestrate pursuits from prospecting to close Build and deepen executive relationships becoming a trusted advisor on cyber risk, resilience, and transformation Shape solutions and value propositions across various cybersecurity offerings Represent the firm at industry events and publish thought leadership to drive demand #J-18808-Ljbffr
