Lead the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and program to protect information, systems, and business operations. Establish security policies, governance, and risk management priorities aligned with business objectives. Oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, identity and access controls, and third‑party security assessments. Manage budgets, develop security teams, and coordinate with technology, legal, compliance, and business leaders. Report security risks and program performance to executive management and the board, and guide preparedness for major cyber incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Substantial cybersecurity experience, including senior leadership and responsibility for enterprise security programs.
• Demonstrated success developing security strategies and managing technology and information risks.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, cloud security, threat management, incident response, and business resilience.
• Experience establishing security governance, policies, controls, and assurance processes.
• Familiarity with relevant security frameworks and applicable regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and security investments.
• Ability to communicate technical risks and priorities clearly to executives and board members.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills, including during major incidents.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are an advantage.
• Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information and security matters.
