About the project

You will support CMA and CEVA initiatives within the Group Cybersecurity portfolio. The engagement will cover projects at different stages — from discovery and design to delivery, implementation and selected run-and-maintain improvements.

Your role will be to connect business needs, cybersecurity risks and technical constraints, turning them into clearly defined requirements, decisions and implementation-ready solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery activities involving business, cybersecurity, technology, risk, legal, privacy, procurement and operations stakeholders.
• Define business problems, scope, value hypotheses, expected outcomes, constraints and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Elicit, analyse, reconcile and document business, functional, non-functional, security, privacy, regulatory, operational and reporting requirements.
• Translate cyber risks, threat scenarios, control objectives and technical constraints into clear business language.
• Prepare epics, user stories, use cases, process and data models, decision papers and testable requirements.
• Own the quality and lifecycle of requirements, including prioritisation, versioning, change control, impact assessment and traceability.
• Prepare key project artefacts, including stakeholder maps, RACI matrices, current- and future-state processes, data definitions, decision logs and readiness assessments.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, playback sessions, design reviews and sign-off meetings.
• Identify assumptions, conflicts, gaps and dependencies, and drive them towards clear decisions.
• Collaborate with security architects, subject matter experts, technology teams, operations and external suppliers.
• Support sourcing and RFP activities by defining outcome-based requirements, evaluation criteria, service levels, security obligations and evidence expectations.
• Support test planning, UAT, acceptance activities, deployment readiness, transition to operations and benefits realisation.

What we expect

• Proven senior-level experience as a Business Analyst in complex cybersecurity, technology, risk or compliance initiatives.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process analysis, workshop facilitation, traceability, testing and operational readiness.
• The ability to translate cybersecurity, risk and technical topics into clear business requirements and decisions.
• Experience working with global stakeholders in matrix organisations and hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience supporting RFP processes, supplier engagement or vendor evaluation.
• The ability to create clear and structured documentation, including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, decision logs and dependency registers.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• A structured, pragmatic and proactive approach to resolving complex or ambiguous topics.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and service management frameworks, such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls or ITIL.
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Identity governance and administration, IAM, MFA, SSO or PAM.
• Active Directory security.
• Security operations, SOC, SIEM, logging and incident readiness.
• Vulnerability, exposure or external attack-surface management.
• Application, API, web or cloud security.
• Infrastructure, endpoint, network, PKI or certificate management.
• Data security, privacy, cryptography or information protection.
• Cyber resilience, backup, recovery, crisis readiness or business continuity.
• OT/IoT and logistics-site security.
• Third-party, supply-chain, M&A or regulatory cyber risk.
• Security governance, audit, compliance and continuous control improvement.
• Certifications related to business analysis, cybersecurity, ITIL or ISO 27001.
