Key Responsibilities in Your New Role Be primarily responsible for all quality management tasks specific to an ISO 26262‑compliant and ISO 21434‑compliant process framework Be responsible for general process quality assurance, in accordance with the Infineon quality management system Drive the identification and assessment of process‑related risks in product development projects Compile and execute a quality assurance plan Identify weaknesses in the development process and support in the implementation of improvements Be responsible for the communication of the status of conformity and compliance measures and escalates concerns where necessary Provide support to project teams for an effective and efficient achievement of conformity and compliance, contributing to continuous improvement in the area of responsibility Your Profile You live up to high quality standards, work effectively and have a sense for costs.

Additionally, you are a proactive team player, with good organizational and communication skills. Your Role As Senior Quality Manager Functional Safety and Cybersecurity you will be responsible for managing and assuring product quality, safety and security throughout the product lifecycle. You remain aware of the big picture to achieve your goals.

Qualifications and Skills to Help You Succeed A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or similar At least 6 years of relevant, professional experience in an R&D or quality management role, ideally within the semiconductor industry Expert knowledge of ISO 26262 and general quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001), ideally with an ISO 26262 Professional certification Ideally knowledge of ISO 21434‑compliant product development, as well as an ISO 21434 Professional certification Good knowledge of quality management systems, methods and procedures (e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, etc.) as well as customer‑related processes Good experience in semiconductor technology, as well as IC technology and devices preferred Fluent in English Contact Julie Danielsen Larsen, LinkedIn Equal Opportunity Statement We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
