Our Cybersecurity team provides core assurance over the Cybersecurity health of the company which includes IT infrastructures, product security, software development and cloud environments.

We are on the lookout for people with a great skillset, an international mindset and new ideas who understand Siemens businesses and how Cybersecurity helps enable and increase market value.

Highlight important observations, translate technical findings into management information and participate in closing meetings with senior management. • Drive Cybersecurity in Siemens’ most innovative products, covering product security features, the software development lifecycle and state‑of‑the‑art cloud environments. • Assess the Cybersecurity governance of Siemens, including policies and processes such as incident handling and response, threat detection, vulnerability management, etc. • Work closely with Cybersecurity experts from multiple industries to improve solutions by tackling the root cause of issues and finding innovative solutions to modern challenges. • Drive continuous improvement of internal audit processes, tools and documentation and coach junior team members.

Key qualifications • Strong academic history with a degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields; certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are a plus. • 7+ years working experience in the field of Cybersecurity within Siemens or a related industry, or a Big 4 accounting firm or a consultancy in IT / Cybersecurity and audit. • Demonstrated affinity to learn about the latest trends in Cybersecurity and keep up to date in a continuously challenging environment. • Strong communication, presentation and project management skills and the drive to find innovative solutions and establish them in the audit environment. • Subject‑matter expertise in domains such as user & access management, application security, cloud environments, network security, vulnerability management & incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security controls or secure software development. • Experience leveraging and integrating AI into day‑to‑day work is an advantage. • Fluency in English, German or other languages is a plus. • International mindset and openness to international travel and working in a diverse team.

What part will you play? • Identify, assess, measure and monitor Cybersecurity risks by performing hands‑on risk assessments of processes and controls.

Using strong analytical skills, identify security gaps and evaluate them further to identify root causes. • Prepare, execute and lead Cybersecurity audits on Siemens IT systems, products, services, and software development centers.
