This position is critical for monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats in real-time across the organization's network and systems. Key Responsibilities
• Monitor security alerts and logs from various sources, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
• Investigate potential security incidents, analyze their scope and impact, and document findings thoroughly.
• Perform regular vulnerability scanning and assist in prioritizing remediation efforts.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support the incident response process by gathering data and assisting senior analysts.
• Promote security awareness and best practices among remote employees.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a cybersecurity or information security role.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools, threat intelligence concepts, and incident response frameworks.
• Understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and common cybersecurity threats.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment.
