Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience
• Hands‑on or strongly demonstrable experience with OPC‑UA, ISA‑95 / Purdue Model, Industrial Cybersecurity (IEC 62443), MQTT / Sparkplug B, SCADA
• Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams across OT and IT boundaries.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, testing, communication, and delivery ownership.
• Experience supporting implementation, integration, support, rollout, upgrade, or production deployment projects.
• Comfortable in remote, hybrid, and plant‑facing delivery models depending on client needs.
Proficient in collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance security measures and communicate risks effectively to stakeholders. Core Competencies
