Responsibilities Co-lead the global OT Security domain within the Digitalization Team, ensuring close alignment with Corporate IT, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production functions Coordinate and support NIS2 implementation, including risk assessments, control validation, and audit readiness across all plants; act as key interface between Corporate IT Security, site operations, and external auditors Define, harmonize, and maintain global OT security standards, including OT network architecture, firewall segmentation concepts, secure remote access, VPN policies, and identity/access procedures for OT assets Evaluate and mitigate cybersecurity risks in OT environments, in close collaboration with Corporate IT Security
Support the secure integration of machines and systems into the company’s Industrial Data Platform, including connectivity middleware and visualization environments (e.g., Kepware, ThingWorx) Provide guidance for global and plant-level rollouts, ensuring compliance with corporate OT security requirements and alignment with connectivity standards With approx. 8,000 employees worldwide, we develop and produce complex metal and hybrid structures for body-in-white and chassis, which make a decisive contribution to the optimum protection of all vehicle occupants in the event of a car accident.
