Responsibilities
• Support the design and improvement of identity, access, profile, workflow, and integration processes;
• Participate in initiatives to automate, standardize, and evolve IAM solutions;
• Analyze opportunities to improve provisioning, review, approval, and access governance;
• Support system integrations, define requirements, and validate identity controls;
• Contribute to the evolution of RBAC, SoD, identity lifecycle, and access controls;
• Support technical documentation, procedures, flows, and governance criteria;
• Work closely with architecture, infrastructure, squads, governance, and IAM operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience in IAM, access management, systems integration, directories, or process automation.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or automation (scripts, workflows, etc.).
• Understanding of identity governance and access controls in corporate environments.
• Knowledge of AD (Active Directory), Entra ID, RBAC, SoD, and identity lifecycle.
• Desirable experience with IAM/IGA tools such as SailPoint and Segura.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and business areas.
