The opportunity As the Global Industrial Cybersecurity Manager, you will execute and enhance Hitachi Energy’s global Industrial Cybersecurity (ICS) Program across all manufacturing, assembly, and test facilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational leadership, ensuring robust governance, risk management, and compliance practices while driving daily program execution and fostering strong collaboration across business units.
Your expertise in industrial control systems and operational technology (OT) will guide our efforts to protect critical control systems and networks from cyber threats, ensuring the safety, integrity, and resilience of our industrial processes.
You will play a pivotal role in aligning our ICs initiatives with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and the broader enterprise cybersecurity strategy. This is a senior-level position that combines governance and compliance oversight with hands‑on program management and deep IC domain expertise.
How You’ll Make An Impact Governance projects and initiatives from core control implementations to site-level enhancements – ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while managing resources and vendor relationships.
