Our Cybersecurity team provides core assurance over the cybersecurity health of the company, including IT and OT infrastructures, product security, software development, and cloud environments.

Using your analytical skills, you will identify security gaps and evaluate these further to identify their root causes. • As a valuable member of the assurance team you prepare and execute Cybersecurity audits on Siemens IT systems, products, services, factories, and software development centers.

From the product security features to the software development lifecycle and state‑of‑the‑art cloud environments. • Moreover, you would assess the Cybersecurity governance of Siemens, including policies and processes such as incident handling and response, threat detection, vulnerability management, etc. • You work closely with Cybersecurity experts from multiple industries to improve their solutions by tackling the root cause of the issues and finding innovative solutions to modern challenges.

Qualifications • Strong academic history (Bachelor degree) in IT, Computer Science or other related fields; certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are a plus. • 5+ years working experience in the field of Cybersecurity within Siemens or a related industry, or a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm or a consultancy in the fields of IT / Cybersecurity and audit. • Demonstrated affinity to learn about the latest trends in Cybersecurity and keeping up to date in a continuously challenging environment. • Good communication, presentation and solid project management skills. • Ideally you have solid experience in some of the following domains: user & access management, application security, cloud environments, network security, vulnerability management & incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security controls, secure software development. • Experience with leveraging and integrating AI into day‑to‑day work is considered an advantage. • Fluent in English, German or other languages are a plus. • You demonstrate an international mindset and are open to international travel and working in a diverse team.
