About the team: DataDome delivers real-time bot and agent trust management, giving businesses complete visibility and control over all traffic—human, bot, or AI.

You will be more specifically in charge of: Providing tier 2 and 3 support to customers and working with threat research and data science teams to challenge and improve the detection engine. Generous health benefits in partnership with Kenko.

Acting as a traffic control plane, DataDome’s multi-layered AI engine leverages thousands of models and 5 trillion signals daily to analyze intent and stop fraud in under 2 milliseconds—letting legitimate users through seamlessly across websites, apps, APIs, and MCPs.

Analyzing large web traffic data sets (over 100 billion documents) to identify and block malicious traffic. Supporting detection by reviewing past attacks and strengthening defenses.

Collaborating with threat researchers to optimize the real‑time detection engine. Creating automation scripts to detect outliers in global traffic. Identifying potential attacks and adding new alerts to the detection platform. What we look for: Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field. At least two years of experience in a similar role.

Familiarity with at least one scripting language, preferably Python, for automating analysis and detection tasks. Passion for data, security, and automated attack mitigation. Expertise in network or web infrastructure (HTML, HTTP, CDN, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, cookies). Proficiency with at least one database language, such as MySQL, NoSQL, or Elasticsearch.
